The VTWL Style Show and Luncheon is just around the corner. The Style Show Committee has been working diligently to make certain that this annual event is, once again, a great success!  Now, it’s time for YOU, the members of VTWL to get involved. 

Volunteers are still needed in several areas. Most importantly, a few more people are needed to visit local (Pickerington area) businesses to solicit donations. Most of these businesses give every year, are not surprised to see us, and give willingly. If you can help with this most urgent need, please contact Leigh Ann Burris at 614-638-7058 or Barbara Rollins at 614-329-1003 and they will give you everything you need. 

Member donations in the form of themed baskets or specific items need to be in no later than  April 1. You can bring your donation to either the February or March general meeting or you can drop it off at Ann Cradduck’s home. Please call Ann ahead of your visit at 614-861-6996. Sign up sheets will be available at the general meetings where you can list that you will be providing a donation and what it is (if you know). 

Club members are encouraged to volunteer to help on the day of the event, too. The  Committee needs models, raffle ticket sellers, greeters, and runners. 

All of these options offer great opportunities for our membership to be involved in this, our biggest fundraiser of the year. Without YOUR help we would not be able to continue providing annual scholarship(s) to local students. Please volunteer. You will be glad you did. 

Reminder:  The event will be held on Saturday, April 14, 2012 at Berwick Manor. Doors Open at 11:00 am. Tickets are $25 and each attendee will receive three (free) raffle tickets, compliments of the Style Show Committee. Fashions will be provided by Fashion Bug. Tables seat eight (8) -- if you plan to purchase a full table, your cost will be $200. Checks are to be made payable to: VTWL.
